Southwest Medical Consulting Corp, doing business as Clínica Dr. Clarinda, offers automated non-marketing appointment, general medication-adherence, laboratory, and follow-up reminders to patients who authorize them. Messages may be in Spanish or English.

Voluntary consent

Enrollment uses explicit verbal permission during an office visit or phone call. Staff explain the program and record authorization before scheduling messages. Providing a phone number or visiting this site does not enroll you. Consent is not a condition of receiving medical care or purchasing services.

Frequency and charges

Frequency varies according to reminders agreed with the office. Message and data rates may apply. Consult your mobile plan.

Cancellation and help

Reply STOP to cancel program SMS messages. You may receive an opt-out confirmation. You may also ask office staff to pause reminders by calling 787-458-3779.

Scope and delivery

Reminders do not replace medical instructions or guarantee timely care. Do not use this channel for emergencies; call 911. To confirm or cancel appointments or ask treatment questions, contact the office. Clinical replies are not monitored through Care Reminders.

Delivery depends on networks and devices. Messages may be delayed or undelivered. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
